So far I was satisfied and had good experience with Bondora.+ good overview+ detailed statistics section+ many, different options to invest manually and selectively or automated with low risk+ reachable, fast answering customer service+ available money istantly withdrawable (within seconds on bank account)+ transparent comapny with honest communication towards investorsIn Dec2022 there was an internal server issue )which also got publicly communicated by Bondora). Within this incident my account value dropped by ~400€ from its true value. After "solving" the incident I was missing about 98% of my December yield. My dashboard nevertheless shows the yield, as if I would have received it. I ONLY DID RECOGNIZE so aftwerwards, because I do document my yield monthly personally. Some less cautious investor may have simply missed this issue on his cost!!Contacted customer support. Customer support answered me, that they are reviewing the issue.After one month of forth and back with customer service they stayed the issue would have been "solved", while nothing has changed on my side. I did already twice provide all information from my side incl. screenshots of the whole personal documentation from my side which perfectly shows the divergence in account value. Nevertheless they seem to put hurdles in my way.I am definitely dissatisfied and will leave Bondora!I DO NOT LIKE!EDIT (28.01.23):Bondora states the issue would have been resolved. Unfortunately nothing has changed in my dashboard and I am still missing a whole month of yield, whereby the cashflow statistics page indicates I would have received the according yield.This is confusing, because obviously something over here is not accordingly to what the customer service wants me to believe.EDIT (15.03.23):After having provided all demanded data I have not heared back since from support.I do not understand what is the issue but fear that I will not see my money back and they simply delay this process because time is playing against me.I will withdraw all funds and stay away from BondoraEDIT (05.04.23):Bondora tried to make me delete my review several times.
