Their "investor relations" doesn't see any major issue, and takes a month to provide a non-answer:"Most of our customers use Go & Grow because of its simplicity and efficiency. To better serve our growing investor community, we primarily focus our resources on enhancing and supporting Go & Grow.As a result, our technical team has limited capacity to support our older products, including Portfolio Manager and Portfolio Pro. Therefore, we cannot provide any fixed deadlines for resolving this issue you raised. Our support site has many helpful articles; we trust you will find the answers to most questions here.
