Their foolhardy expansion to other countries led to a lot of pain for investors, and many did what they could to move on, making way for the gullible investors who bought into their "Go and grow" product.10 years later, I am still withdrawing small amounts of money from this place, from loans which defaulted and ended up rescheduled and prolonged.I visit the site monthly to download account statements, because accounting. Since last year, the numbers in these documents often don't even add up. Based on the statements, money is effectively disappearing. Their "investor relations" doesn't see any major issue, and takes a month to provide a non-answer:"Most of our customers use Go & Grow because of its simplicity and efficiency. To better serve our growing investor community, we primarily focus our resources on enhancing and supporting Go & Grow.As a result, our technical team has limited capacity to support our older products, including Portfolio Manager and Portfolio Pro. Therefore, we cannot provide any fixed deadlines for resolving this issue you raised. Our support site has many helpful articles; we trust you will find the answers to most questions here.
